Gail Livermore has spent more than seven years listening to over 600,000 consumers. As part of her current role as the head of Guest Insights at Target Canada, Gail overseas all research and consumer insights. She is dedicated to representing the voice of the guest, uncovering consumer insights and guiding strategy throughout the organization. Gail has previously lead research and insights teams at Loblaw Corporation and Spin Master Toys, after receiving her MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
